Simday 20-25:

Fall/Early Winter

Desolado Village: No longer desolate?

You heard correctly folks; Desolado Village's extremely long drought is finally over!

We celebrated with a new map that can be found in clearer form in the Office of Tourism.

Residents rejoiced at the local Diver's Park where a Myshuno Fundraiser was held to raise neighborhood funds. Mayor Ray thanks all citizens who attended. More info on that can be found under Recreation and Events.

(a magnificent photo of Diver's park as shown below)

Local Teachers Divorce. How did this happen?

A trusted source called in a breaking news; local schoolteachers just got divorced!

A brutally heartbroken Johnothan Ash was asked to speak, but he only said "It just wasn't meant to be. She's changed, and so have I."

When asked if September cheated at all with any men, he smirked and said "Now, what kind of family girl would she be if she did that?"

Johnothan currently is residing at his home in 04 Linden Road and is raising his two toddlers Peyton and Teagan. We wish you the best of luck! Being a single father is never easy!

Desolado Village Teens Get Some Higher Education

(Burkheart University, named after the Education Minister Jaques Burkheart)

Burkheart College Preparatory is a private school for Desolado Village teens based loosely on the schoolhouse that is Apple Valley Academy.

It covers basic curriculum and is currently offering AP classes in select subjects. Scholar programs are being formed currently by school staff and Education Minister Jaques Burkheart   (now 56)

When we asked him how he felt about getting a school and a university after him, he stated "I'm simply in awe! I can die happily now."

Let's hope that's not soon!

Home Owner's Act Finalized. Finally!

Desolado Village citizens are ecstatic to announce the long awaited     unveiling of this act that announces that anyone  can move into a    residential home.

It is no longer required to move into apartments   until the lease is up. However, in order to still preserve the Hood Council's cash spent on  the neighborhood, you must purchase a land    right to start any home business, and you must purchase a farming right   to raise crops on your  land. No exceptions unless, of course, you're mayor.

More on this, as always, can be found in the Administration Office.
