Letter from the Mayor:
It has come to my attention that updates have grown very far apart compared to when we first started out. We apologize for that, and will correct it as soon as possible. I've been busy flying all over SimCity trying to sign deals for Desolado Village. So far, we've signed all except Family Fun Stuff. We've decided our neighborhood is better off without it. For now, I will make up for lost time and provide a brief update:
My child Clarice is now in grade-school with her brother, Cameron, and Christy and Jaques are the proud grandparents of Topher and Maxwell Burkheart. I will be retiring my role as Mayor soon, as my hair will turn grey. Hopefully, my dear friend and co-worker Congresswoman Madeline Pinciotti will take my place. We are welcoming a new family to our neighborhood, and we will be updating this site. Majorly.
1) I've decided that the neighborhood layout should be modified once more. It seems...off kilter everytime I look at the layout.
2) I want to modify the site/site link/site favicon banner. It won't be a huge change; I don't think...(okay, so the change will be huge.)
3) I want the webmaster to edit the yellow pages. I just feel they aren't informational enough.
4) I want to remove the slideshows on this site. Due to request, I will let the photo album remain in slideshow form.
5) I will have someone kick the neighborhood tour into gear! Finally!
Remember when I told you that a new family was migrating here? Well, I may finally have my webmaster! I'm thinking Nancy Miguel would be the perfect candidate. She graduated college with honors and majored in Literature. She has a job in Journalism, so this would be perfect for her!
We will also be accepting immigrations from the next period. I''m going to have to figure out something about the "time" issue. Anyway, this site will be kind of a blank canvas when Nancy Miguel arrives. Stay tuned to see future changes!
Yours Truly,

Mayor Lucienda Ray
